Amazing SOZAWE design by NL Architects

NL Architects designed the Sozawe (Welfare Department and Work Agency), this office building developed as a terraced volume is located in the city of Groningen, The Netherlands. The design includes an open trade reinforces the idea of ​​the architects to create a “sustainable open space and to invite the community.”

This public square allows interaction between the department and its users, and the condition of terracing of the building creates cross relations between floors. Each of the nine-story office opens onto a private balcony, allowing workers to enjoy the fresh air and spectacular views of the city.
