Artificial island in Persian Gulf

This skyscraper is designed for the Persian Gulf (UAE), has the same height as the diameter of the base (1000 m) and would be equipped with spaces for homes, offices, academic, government, sports, … The large courtyard is connected to leisure and business, and on the cover we see a park with sports facilities, plus a large central dome.
