Ave Fenix the modern fire station by AT 103 and BGP Architecture
Due to site conditions and the program, in addition to the core areas required for a fire station, are intertwined public and private spaces incorporating training and consultation to the general public as well as a bomberoteca (library fire ), the project works abroad as a high box disappears behind the facade, appropriating the urban context through a range of floating reflections from inside the loading area, extending in a web of light onto the street (or the reverse) functioning as a reading operation of the building, generated by the flow of transport systems used inside.
Inside the box chrome, public programs and private self-organize through flat with perforations of different diameters to produce fabrics of vertical and horizontal circulation, lighting, cross view, and applications, sharing the space through the courtyard civic, and without mixing, unable to interact and complement each other, connecting to the street level up through the first level (7m). Once construction is completed, the complete and complex workings of the piece will take the required urban facilities and architectural reflection and action.
