House 11 in Australia from Dane Richardson

This house architect Dan Richardson (Dane Richardson) has designed and built on the west coast of Australia for themselves – as a personal residence and office.

The whole northern side of the house is fully glazed, linking the interior of the garden and the nearby beach. Honed concrete floors made in most rooms in the main room are decorated with wood paneling decorated with wax 400×400, bathrooms decorated with blue stone, white and glass mosaics.

The house was built in compliance with current environmental regulations: it installed solar panels, rainwater collection system and water treatment system for reuse, and electronic shutters.
