In one of the terraces of the city, was a former public school, the rather tight to the street, put down the extreme deterioration. The new proposal establishing fully recovered, collecting the spatial structure around a courtyard and corridors orbit, typical of public buildings and serene educational plan, only this time the hall of access and re-invents gazebo and covered patio taking ratios rather extend and integrate the street, which at this point in the natural terrace is a large balcony above the city.

In an area bounded by an extensive program for the site, the operation consisted of more architectural work of theft from a maximum build volume, which was emptied in three areas: first the courtyard, opening to the sky, then the porch and covered patio on the library by defining a visual connection with the street and sheltered bay, and finally emptying volume on the second floor above the dining room to reach the eye, leaving the hills and terraces with their neighborhoods following nearby.

The outer perimeter (north / west) of the classrooms are set up between an alternation in the structure of reinforced concrete walls and glazed walls, which defines a thickness that controls sunlight and allow for cross ventilation. Inside this thick set the corridor while acoustically attenuates sounds from the ball court.

Finally, the relationship of the new building with the neighborhood to the east looks proportions and heights built in order to articulate a housing sector with this equipment.
