A- cero recently presented two of his recent projects single-family residences . A home in SotograndeTourist resort of the Spanish coast near Gibraltar, and a modular home Experimental in Madrid.

The vivienda en Sotogrande has the undisputed star of the white color that gives clarity and brightness to the rooms and create a relaxed environment in harmony with the playful intentions of the owners. Based on these assumptions A- cero has designed a pool of nearly 90 square meters and large recreational areas for parties, meetings and events.

The house, whose structure has a volume of about 400 square meters, spread over two floors. Downstairs the spaces are “public “, all facing the exterior : the living room with two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, utility area and toilet. On the first floor there are areas of “private “with the bedrooms of the owners , children and guests.

The decor , designed by A- cero, is composed predominantly of white lacquered pieces and modern fabrics in light colors, beige and earth. There is a predominance of light wood, occasionally interrupted by some piece of furniture in wood darker color to break the monotony .

The owners have given a personal touch to the residence with the inclusion of various items that provide splashes of color in contrast with the color uniformity of the house, such as Piet Hein Eek lamp wrought iron chairs and room -games . A summer house comfortable and functional in keeping with the use of the owners and the colors of the local architecture .

The pilot project modular home proposal to Madrid from A- cero has already received interest from more than 2,000 Spanish for quality, design, short delivery times and reduced costs . A second specimen was just finished in La Coruna , two more houses are under construction in Guadalajara and in Catalonia and five others were commissioned in different cities of Spain.
