Given the requirement to propose a new headquarters building for e-Argentine officer, it is essential to ask a reflection on the new role that takes the mail in the context of a globalized world, which is its image as an institution, its realization and operation. At the same time it is essential to understand how this program relates to transforming renovated building with its immediate urban environment and how it interacts with the city on a metropolitan scale.

With the renewed importance of mail as an activity and as an institution also renewed the need to reformulate its presence and symbolic representation and institutional metropolitan scale. The definition of an emblem or monument is imbued with the notion of singularity, a singularity full of symbolic memory. In our project, the symbolic nature of the future building is achieved by combining a site that provides a prominent location with a dynamic and contemporary architecture that will make the future home of mail in a unique and memorable building.
