The next 16 to 17 October, and the hand of the cultural organization arquitecturareversible, Barcelona will become the first city to open free the Mediterranean about 150 public buildings of great architectural value. This weekend offers urban routes, suggesting many parallel activities and the opportunity to visit and learn from the architects, planners and users the details of a large number of buildings usually closed to the public. Are you going to lose?
Participants can choose from a total of 11 urban routes. The number of routes has been established on the basis of the buildings on display, coinciding with each of the ten districts that divides Barcelona (Ciutat Vella, Eixample, Gràcia, Horta-Guinardó, Les Corts, Nou Barris, Sant Andreu, Sant Martí Sants-Montjuïc Sarrià-Sant Gervasi) and an eleventh item that includes buildings near the city considered also worth visiting.
In each of the spaces, visitors will have the opportunity to talk with the architects and authors of the project, with current users of the enclave or the planners of the zone or area visited. Represents an important opportunity to discover and understand the peculiarities of each place. At times, the visit will be complemented with activities and completely free conference designed exclusively to strengthen the participation and promote reflection and dialogue among participants.
