The Concrete House in Spanish by A-cero

The combination of design, quality and functionality comes the new residential project A-cero: The Concrete House, a house of 1500 m2 defined by an interplay of sculptural volumes and clean lines.
The gray concrete of the view that characterizes the entire building and a large arbor black are the two elements that at first glance dominate the exterior of the building. Were also placed in front of large windows to enjoy the pleasant view from the site on which stands the house.

Exploiting the slight difference of the lot, A-cero has designed a building on two floors. The first, from which there is pedestrian access, spread over an area of 653 square meters divided into three zones with different functions: family area (living room, dining room, kitchen, play area for children, etc..) a more private area where there are four bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets and an area for leisure and relaxation that opens to the outside through two arches that reach the pool. The second floor, located at a lower level, houses the gym, a cellar and the area of service, cleanliness and facilities.

Inside it was all designed to the millimeter. Each brick and corner detail reflects the care and meticulous work that has been lavished.

The exterior is almost built into the building through various internal courtyards that create spaces cheerful and bright living day to day. A-cero has also opted for furnishings in warm colors contrasting with white walls and dark wood floor that extends over the entire surface of the house.

Outside is the infinity pool of 45 m2 built in the same gray granite stone that marks the hammered paving of the portico. This outdoor area was designed a dining area and a summer chillout (same material) on top of which was installed a pergola with removable tent to meet the needs of most demanding comfort.
