The development of environmentally sustainable homes, commissioned by Temasek-linked, its partner CapitaLand, el ‘Hotel Properties Limited (HPL).
Partner Ole Scheeren, the famous architectural firm with the Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), was invited to create a kind of Beverley Hills luxury, with a large apartment complex, prestigious, elegant, super eco-friendly, with lots of green and finishing touches.
The Architecture of The Interlace is cool, new features and is intertwined with sky terraces and balconies cascade designed to integrate into the local environment. Passive solar techniques, natural lighting and ventilation systems are the way Scheeren to be environmentally friendly.
The residential center, with eight large courtyards, roof gardens, balconies and a lot of space is perfect for nature lovers, in addition, residents can enjoy the breathtaking views from different angles, to regain the lost balance between the daily chaos outside the home, and very relaxing with beautiful views and privacy.
The Interlace will be placed on an area of eight hectares, will have a built-up area of 170,000 m2, near the city center. The date of end of project is around 2014.
