Tuscany Barn House in Italy from the Julian King Architects

Julian King and Christina Lyons made the project of reconstruction of a small old barn in Tuscany, in an architectural manifesto. The project is intended for the writer is retired and is scheduled for implementation in 2010.

The illusion of perspective shifts between what seems to house and what it actually is, between the alleged and real. Spiral staircase leads to the center of the composition and its top – “belly” in the bathroom with the only window in the tubular vaulted ceiling to the top as the true idea.
