Unusual skyview Stockholm by Svante Berg

inaugurated on February 5 in Stockholm SkyViewOne of the most unusual and surprising sights of Sweden , designed by Swedish Svante Berg. Two gondolas spherical glass , called ” gondolas ” lead along the outside of the Globe Ericsson – Stockholm Globe Arenas , the largest spherical building in the world.
The gondolas have a diameter of about 4.5 meters and can accommodate up to 16 people for the tour of the top dell’Ericsson Globe. For the construction of SkyView has been used 42,000 kg of steel to reinforce the original structure of external and 70,000 kg of rails for rail transport, which were mounted on the outside of Stockholm Globe Arenas. The ‘ Gondola ‘ ride of 7,000 kg each , in about 16 minutes at a speed of about 1 meter per second, reaching a height of 100 meters 85 meters (130 meters).
